FRENCH CHARACTER VOICE ACTOR

CHARACTERS IN VIDEO GAMES, CARTOONS & ANIMATION, COMMERCIALS

video games Pierre MauboucheSince 1994, as a French voice actor I lend my voice to characters, whether they're makeshift heroes, big bad guys, completely crazy, or very hairy animals with only one eye... and it's an immense pleasure for me.

I've had the joy of contributing to many award-winning video games such as Riders Republic, (for which I also took on the direction of the French localisation for Ubisoft), Disco Elysium, Metal Gear Solid, Guitar Hero, Medieval Total War 2, Heavenly Sword, MotoGP, Tenshu, Colin McRae Rally, Spyro The Dragon, Ghostmasters, Nosferatu: The Wrath of Malachi, Bandits: Phoenix Rising, Enemy Zero, Firo & Klawd, Explorers of the New World, Spacial Station, Pathways through Jerusalem, Wargame (...)

Video games aren't the exclusive domain of characters; advertising, cartoons and animations also appreciate them a lot, and so do I!

I work in French, of course, and being bilingual, I also work in voice overs in English with French accent- for example, for the critically acclaimed and multi-awarded game Disco Elysium.

You are looking for a bilingual French voice actor capable of bringing your characters to life? Let's talk!

I was lucky enough to work with Pierre (as artistic director) on the extreme sports game Riders Republic. This was a long project (usually localisation dubbing is condensed into one or two weeks) - in this case, we worked together every day for almost two months.
I was able to observe Pierre interacting with experienced and beginner voice actors, and I appreciated his professionalism, his experienced and passionate management of the set, his open-mindedness, and the healthy, efficient, and very supportive working atmosphere that resulted from it. It's one of the best collaborations I've experienced in twenty years of my career.
And when he steps behind the microphone, you can feel a complete mastery of his voice; he is a professional and an artist whom I highly recommend.
